Hand Sketches

To stay as flexible as possible we can accept your hand sketches as long as they are in a useable and legible format.  We can only create what you give us.  If we can’t read it we can’t build it!  Click on the image below to view an example sketch submission and follow the same format.  Any dimensions or text that is questionable will delay our progress as we will have to contact you to verify.  As always we will send you a proof of the model before it goes into production for your approval.  All quoted pricing includes 1 round of revisions if necessary, so make sure all your dimensions are accurate as possible.  If more revisions are required we will contact you to discuss your options and pricing.

However, we can offer you our 3D design services where you may work on a custom project with one of our designers working from sketches and multiple revisions so we can create your perfected design into a 3D model as well as work with your architect to make the 3D creation come to life.  Click here to contact us and get a custom quote.

Blueprints and Other Printed Materials
If all you have is a copy of your blueprints or a copy of floor plans we can still work from that.  You can either send us the copies or scan and upload the files on our upload page and we will contact you to let you know if we will need any additional information to create your model.

Examples:

Blueprint
Send us a copy of your blueprints along with photographs (if available) and we’ll do the best we can to extract all the data we need to create your 3d build!

Elevation Drawing
Elevation Drawings assist us with Floor Plans on extracting wall heights.

Floor Plan
Floor Plans are great in conjunction with elevation drawings for us to create your 3d build.
